Airless Paint Sprayer Marketing

Airless sprayers are a handy little item to carry with you when you are doing your interior or exterior painting projects. Not only can you use the sprayer to get fast results when working on spray paint cans, but also you can use it on your shelves and walls with ease. Just cap it with an airbrush can or an airless nozzle and you’re good to go!

You can get battery operated airless paint sprayers from a variety of manufactures (The top rated one on the market is from Graco). There are also pocket operated models you can find in stores or online.

How Is the Kreg Products?

Some of the most simple airless sprayers are made by Kreg. They come in two basic varieties, the Pro Airless and the Procharged.

The first model merely sprays the air into the canister without the use of a motor. The nozzle collects the air, it offends to draw dust and dirt from the area you have painted but the only contact you have with the dust is when it leaves the canister or barrel. To use the Pro Airless Paint Sprayers, you simply follow the directions on the box or web page that came with the sprays.

The Procharged backpack blower is more of a sky sprayer. It is much quieter than the hand held unit, but is designed to draw dust and dirt off of bare walls, decks, and floors.

The pump is easy to use and doesn’t require any batteries to make it work. You select the direction of the air with a switch on the handle. As you spray, ProvoCraft also has a battery holder for its battery-operated brush and delivers about 80 per second.

The battery operated brush is more powerful than the hand held units, but since it runs with a motor, it will take longer to fill the battery tanks. You do have to refill the B battery after about 20 minutes of continuous use. For quick use, you don’t need the motor, just the handle and the gun.

Both of the battery operated brush and the in-line go kart gun can spray at speeds up to 12 mph. The motor speed is regulated by a microprocessor in the gun. You have full control over the spray gun and it spews a 15 gram foam ball. The foam is powerful enough to start a stampede in the grass.

The battery powered razor gun is the same as the one in the video. It is the exact same gun you see in the store, except it is much smaller and takes up much less space. Kids will love looking through the Bottom Gun as you hold it in your hand. You get the same features with the gun and some kids will want to “be part of the team” just as you spray the yard.

ProvoCraft also has guns that double as water guns. The clones are meant to be used in colder temperatures. Just spray the water out of the bottle and use it on the tree branches outside your front door.

If you are using batteries for your project, then you will need an automatic charger. A lot of the newer models have a dock for a battery chargerbed. You can use the same gun and dual purpose with the dock.

Helpful Hints for using Airless Paint SprayersIf you paint outdoors, you will need an airless canister to channel the air into the painting instead of using urethane or epoxyprobes. You will also need an airless canister to clean off the gunk filtered with a vacuum after painting. Many of the new models can be used for indoor painting also.

Kits out the GunIt is much cheaper to paint your furniture and draperies with a brush and set the stage. You can draw the draperies in a large area and then use the brush to cover the furniture and wrap the pillows for large areas and use the vacuum to suck the dust away. A pair of airless vacuum along with a brush can be a couple of handy tools to have.
